BOOT CAMP
These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises. My workouts are a good mix of weight lifting, body weight functional movements, circuit and Tabata style, just to name a few.
POUNDFIT
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmoshpere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin' out. The workout is easily modifiable and the altervative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men, women and children of all ages and abilities.
CARDIO-KICKBOXING
The workouts are a comination of boxing, kickboxing and martial art movements along with traditional aerobic skills. (This is not a self-defense class)
PENALTY BOX
This is a complete body workout program with over 119 Exercises based around a patented fitness product that is an agility grid and hurdle all in one. Used to help with speed and agility.
STRETCH FOAM ROLLING
Foam rolling can help reduce pain and muscle soreness. Massaging the muscles increases blood flow and oxygen to the tissue, helping the natural healing process. It helps with flexibility. Foam rolling, together with stretching and rehabilitation, can help lengthen your muscles.
HOME SCHOOL PHYSICAL EDUCATION/YOUTH FITNESS
We focus on coming together as one with Parent, instructor and student to educate with a purposeful movement training and physical education. We encourage and teach healthy habits, proper stretching, form, breathing and having fun while doing so!
